This reminded me so much of the first time I dragged my old telescope out to show my niece Saturn’s rings last summer. Even through a slightly blurry lens, seeing that tiny glowing speck with our own eyes felt completely magical compared to just looking at photos. Posts like this always make me want to bundle up and head right back out into the backyard tonight.
